Cutekit.com provides modular calibration toolkits, digital sensory assemblies, pressure transducers, and thermal gauges for industrial pressure vessels and chemical processing units. Our products integrate into centralized SCADA frameworks for real-time monitoring and deviation prevention.

All services are provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Misuse or tamper with any calibration equipment or sensory assemblies.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any hardware or software components.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days for defective products reported within 30 days of delivery. Custom-configured toolkits are non-refundable unless the defect is verified by our technical team.

Subscription-based monitoring services may be canceled with 30 days' notice; no partial refunds are provided for unused periods.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases, and you must return or destroy any proprietary materials provided.

Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
